Measurement in service of solutions

Indicators are the compass, not the destination. They direct where tailored solutions are applied, tested, and refined in practice. We read several together, including the relative-rate index, detention and length-of-stay patterns by race and ethnicity, decision-tool fidelity, practitioner growth, and family engagement, and translate each signal into a concrete change in policy, decision tooling, or daily practice.
